Junair appoints new distributor 'Down Under'

As the switch-over to waterborne paint systems gathers momentum across the globe, one UK-based company is seizing the opportunity to further increase its worldwide sales and enhance its presence and reputation as one of the leading brands in the accident repair and refinish industry.

Junair Spraybooths Limited, the UK’s largest manufacturer of spraybooths and associated energy-saving technology, has announced the appointment of a new distributor in Australia to bring the total number of Junair distributors across its worldwide network, to eighteen.

The new distributor, Autoliner based in Minto, New South Wales has been tasked with marketing Junair’s patented QADs auxiliary air movement system in response to the growing demand throughout Australasia for energy-saving drying technology compatible with waterborne paint systems.

This appointment comes only a matter of weeks after Junair confirmed that it had reached agreement with Spray-Tech, located in California, USA, to manufacture Junair’s 4-Series spraybooth. The product will satisfy demand across North America and Mexico for spraybooths with a quality specification compatible with waterborne paint systems.

Junair’s international distributor network also covers Europe, North America, Canada and Japan.

Commenting on the latest distributor appointments, Neil Morrison, Managing Director of Junair Spraybooths Limited, said: “Environmental concerns together with rising fuel costs, are having a profound impact worldwide. Bodyshops are having to plan a change-over to waterborne paint systems and look at ways of reducing their energy consumption and associated costs. With a product portfolio that includes some of the most advanced and proven energy-saving technology in the spraybooth industry, we see exciting potential for growth overseas.”
