Junair Spraybooths once again exhibited their spray booth and paint finishing equipment at the industry renowned ABP Expo. The expo appealed to suppliers and manufacturers from all over the country, who exhibited and demonstrated their latest innovations. The expo was well attended and was a huge success for Junair.
Junair were proud to reveal the inaugural outing of their new exhibition stand which showed off their MultiBooth Spraybooth – an innovation which allows the user to prepare, spray and bake the vehicle in situ, eliminating the need for vehicle movements around the bodyshop.
The Junair MultiBooth has been designed and developed with customers in mind, offering a flexible solution for those undertaking small to medium cosmetic repairs in a clean, controlled and safe environment. This flexible spraybooth solution allows you to prepare, spray and fully bake a vehicle in the same cabin, eliminating vehicle movements. Each bay is designed as a combination preparation bay and full low-bake spraybooth, simply move the sliding door to the required cabin to convert it into a fully operational spraybooth.
During the show many conferences and seminars took place as well as a comprehensive demonstration of rapid repair products. The Junair SmartAir featured in the demonstration area which once again was a resounding success.
The SmartAir is a mobile painting system that, as its name suggests, is ideal for SMART repairs without the use of a conventional spraybooth. Repairs can be painted quickly without the use of vehicle movement or full masking. The unique hood and masking design means that the masking can be easily folded over creating an enclosure. Once activated the extraction system funnels air into the open aperture of the SmartAir creating airflow into the hood, capturing and dispersing overspray and fumes. The SmartAir allows smaller jobs to be diverted away from the spraybooth, increasing productivity and freeing up the spraybooths for larger more profitable jobs.
The SmartAir has a 2 stage filtration system, meeting emissions regulations and is compliant with relevant health and safety directives, making it a safe and productive addition to any bodyshop.
