On 24th and 25th March Junair Spraybooths exhibited at the Auto Body & Motor Claims expo at EventCity in Manchester. Organised and managed by the ABP Club, this was a brand new event aimed at the UK Body Repair and Motor Insurance Claim industries and attracted over 1,100 visitors over the two days.
Daniel Cookson, Marketing Manager at Junair Spraybooths comments “This event was a huge success for Junair Spraybooths, with the show attracting a wide range of visitors from all areas of the industry it was the ideal platform for us to showcase our range of spray booths, alloy wheel repair equipment and SMART repair equipment. Over the two days our exhibition stand was very busy, providing us the opportunity to discuss our new and exciting spray booth products.”
During the show there were live paint demonstrations being undertaken by students at the Cardiff and Vale College. Daniel adds: “In the build up to the show we were approached by The ABP Club and asked if we could assist by providing a mobile painting system in order to complete SMART repairs. We were more than happy to help and supplied and installed a SmartAir and SmartAir IR system. During the show it was great to hear the positive comments from visitors on the flexibility and end results of the SmartAir solution.”
The SmartAir system is an ideal solution for SMART repairs and priming small areas without having to use a spray booth. Featuring a unique masking and hood design, operators can quickly mask around the small area to be painted, the masking is quickly and easily folder and secured to the hood of the SmartAir creating an enclosure. When in operation the system filters and extracts paint overspray and fumes. Once the paint has been applied the SmartAir also features a unique infra-red drying unit which helps to speed up the whole repair process.
