Junair BlackHawk Partnership Takes Off

The leading name in collision repair equipment, Blackhawk has appointed Junair as its sole UK distributor.

Blackhawk, part of the US based Snap-On Corporation has been established for over 50 years in the UK and includes the ranges Korek (above and in-floor repair and realignment systems) and Shark (award winning ultrasonic vehicle measuring systems).

Junair will be carrying stocks for all Blackhawk products and in addition will be providing a comprehensive sales, service and parts function for the entire range.

Sales manager for Blackhawk’s UK & Ireland operation, Max Pickering said of the new partnership “ we are delighted to be working so closely with Junair and feel that their appointment as sole distributors of Blackhawk products within the UK provides both companies with an increased footprint in the market sector”.

Mr Pickering continued “ the partnership comes together at an exciting time in terms of Blackhawk and product developments. A new addition to the Blackhawk range in the form of the MiniPost quick-pull mini-bench provides further impetus to the distribution agreement”. The MiniPost, which as it name suggests is a more compact version of the Postlift, has a minimum space requirement, yet with robust clamps and easy lifting pads retains a lifting capacity of 2.5 tonnes.

Commenting on the new partnership, Grahame Kitchin, Sales and Marketing Director for Junair Spraybooths Ltd said “Blackhawk will be working closely with us as their UK distributor and will support us whilst they maintain contact with their existing UK customer network.

Mr Kitchin continued “the partnership marries together a wide range of quality products and services with unrivalled expertise, ultimately we see that our customers will reap significant benefits from this alliance”.
