Portable Spraybooth offers big opportunities from small repairs

An innovative portable spraybooth is helping Bodyshops and workshops to generate additional revenues from small and smart repairs. The Smartair at-source extraction system, developed by Junair, eliminates the need to use a conventional booth for small and medium area refinishing work. Designed for use with 2007 compliant coatings, Smartair takes care of the whole process from priming, base coat and clear coat applications, to curing.

Compact and highly mobile, just one Smartair unit can cover three bays. Compared with a conventional booth, Smartair offers dramatic savings on energy costs.

Smartair is quick to install and easy to use. It features a unique hood and masking design. The masking is folded over the hood, creating an enclosure. When the extraction system is switched on, air is funnelled into the open aperture of Smartair, creating a flow of air into the hood. This captures and disperses paint overspray and fumes, in full compliance with the latest legislation.
