Junair launches SmartCabin

A new, compact spraybooth that will help bodyshops to take full advantage of the exciting profit potential offered by a rapidly growing smart repair market has been launched by Junair.

With working dimensions of approximately 3800mm wide x 3500mm deep x 2430mm high, SmartCabin is effectively half the size of a traditional spraybooth, yet offers substantially greater capacity and versatility than a panel booth.

With the booth doors closed, SmartCabin enables the repairer to paint multiple off car panels, bumpers and four wheels at the same time.

With its doors open, the booth can accommodate approximately half a car length to facilitate the refinishing of larger areas.
Designed for use with all compliant coatings, the new booth meets and exceeds the requirements of relevant health and safety and environmental legislation.

The booth is very economical to run and is installed quickly and easily as it needs no floor excavations, with minimum disruption to the customer’s business.”

Other features of SmartCabin include fully glazed doors that provide superb visibility, both into and out of the booth, energy-efficient lighting and excellent air movement for effective overspray removal. SmartCabin spraybooths are also supplied with a 3-year warranty as standard.
