Designed to work with all 2007 compliant coatings, this innovative at-source extraction system enables bodyshops and dealerships to generate revenue from alloy wheel refinishing and drying without the need for a spraybooth.

Wheelsmart features a Wheelsmart Station incorporating an ‘easy turn’ turntable for manual wheel rotation when spraying, a 10-metre hose that connects to the extraction tower and two special Wheelsmart hoods to cater for wheel sizes from 14” to 21”. A purpose-built dryer for rapid curing is available as an option.

Wheelsmart complies fully with the latest Environmental and Health & Safety legislation. It incorporates a 2-stage filtration system to capture all overspray fumes and particulates. Emissions, vented externally, are well below the designated limit.
