There are benefits to be had from both of our automotive spray booth floor options, and whether you go for our EVAC EX or LEVAC EX range, you will be incorporating some of our industry’s most advanced and technologically sophisticated equipment.
Here is an overview of how both EVAC and LEVAC floor systems work.
LEVAC and EVAC spray booth floors
LEVAC spray booth floors
Our LEVAC EX system requires no excavation whatsoever, so it has a shorter turnaround time than EVAC floors. With this particular design, there is only 160mm from the building floor to the spray booth floor which makes it easier to load and unload vehicles.
This also reduces mist clearance times, prevents potential contamination from overspray, and gives you a faster curing process overall. It’s a cover-all-bases spray booth floor solution that streamlines the installation process, so that you can focus your attention on the jobs at hand.
EVAC spray booth floors
Our EVAC floor is a feat in engineering, completely unique to Junair. Whereas the LEVAC floor is surface mounted, our EVAC is flush with the building’s floor level and has a recess of just 500mm. With the EVAC, you will also benefit from reduced mist clearance times as well as better air movement when spraying off-car panels and vehicles at the same time.
