After a conversation with our team, we will capture information such as;
- The size and shape of your building
- Your commercial requirements
- Your optimum workflow
- Capital equipment budget
- Legislative requirements
- Energy efficiency requirements
Our sales team will draw up an initial layout to help you visualise the workflow, how your paint finishing installation will fit on site and where key pieces of equipment will be situated.
The technical engineering team will take all aspects of your project into consideration, providing innovative solutions and ensuring all your requirements are met. Where required, a more detailed schematic of your site is produced to enable you to study in detail the exact product to be supplied and make any changes prior to manufacture.
Every project, whatever the size, goes through various stages of design review with a full team overseeing the final concepts, to ensure we deliver the best solution. Standard parts are used where possible but our team is always happy to implement a bespoke solution where this will give a better final product.
Our UK manufacturing facility is based at our 40,000sqft head office in Heywood, just north of Manchester, and boasts the latest state of the art machinery, including CNC technology, powder coating facilities and a 220°C baking oven, so you can rest assured the best possible equipment is being used to produce your paint finishing system.
At Junair, we aim to apply LEAN manufacturing principles to our work, to optimise productivity and minimise cost both for ourselves and for our customers.
All our customer projects are managed to ensure disruption is kept to a minimum, the quality standards are high, and that we stay on budget and to your agreed specification. Our team will provide you with complete support, every step of the way to ensure full confidence in your final product.
