High Quality Drying Ovens Designed Specifically For the Aerospace Industry
The Junair Aerospace Oven is a standalone cure facility designed specifically to suit the demands of the aerospace market. Junair Aerospace ovens are engineered according to customer requirements and can range from small batch production ovens through to high volume conveyor oven system for continuous high volume production.
The ovens are designed to meet the requirements of AMS2750 and incorporate data capture systems as per the client needs.
Heating is by gas (direct & indirect), oil, electric or steam: and can be via both convection or infra-red or even a combination of the two. Junair ovens can be designed to operate from 30 deg C up to 250 deg C, and all are controllable to within the requirements of NADCAP. The control systems can include ramp control, dwell times and separate cooling cycles.
The Junair QADs auxiliary air movement system can reduce flash off and drying times. QADs can also be fitted with a static neutralisation system which reduces static potential on parts to be painted. The enhanced air movement generated by the QADs system ensures that Junair can exceed the requirements for a NADCAP drying oven.
