Junair have developed an LED lighting system specifically designed for use in spraybooths, paint mixing rooms and preparation areas. This new development follows the company’s philosophy of continuous improvement and commitment to produce spraybooth ovens that use a fraction of the energy that a conventional spraybooth would. Junair’s high efficiency spraybooths have been developed over the last 12 years, resulting in energy saving products such as automatic variable airflow, QADs auxiliary air movement and fuel saver technology. LED lighting is an expansion of the range of equipment offered which reduces operating and maintenance costs even further.
Cost Effective LED Lighting
LED lighting is now regarded as the most efficient and cost effective technology for most lighting applications. The low energy requirement is significant on its own with savings as high as 90% when compared to conventional lighting. However, the long life span and very low maintenance elements make the use of LED lighting a must for companies who look at life-time operating costs. The industry view is that fluorescent tubes will become more expensive as time goes on. They contain lead and mercury which means that disposal of old tubes needs to be controlled.
