Junair are exhibiting at the 2016 ABP Expo

Junair Spraybooths are thrilled to be exhibiting at the ABP Expo at Event City on the 15th and 16th March. The ABP Expo brings together suppliers and manufacturers from all over the country to exhibit and demonstrate their latest innovations. The exhibition is once again expected to be well attended by a diverse set of companies from all areas of the body repair and motor claims industry.

Junair at the ABP Expo

Junair Spraybooths are a market leader in spray booth, SMART repair and alloy wheel repair technology, producing high quality equipment manufactured in the UK to exacting standards. The Junair name is synonymous with innovation within the automotive and accident repair industry. Junair provide solutions that deliver energy savings, higher productivity, enhanced performance and ultimately increased profitability for our customers.

Jason Douglas, Sales Director at Junair Spraybooths commented, “Last year the ABP Expo was a huge success for us, and we’re expecting this year to be no exception. I’m thoroughly looking forward to exhibiting at the show this year.”

The ABP Expo will once again feature the demonstration area at the back of the hall. After last year’s success, the Junair SmartAir repair equipment will be centre stage once more, allowing visitors to see first hand how effective the SmartAir is when it comes to rapid repairs.

About Junair SmartAir

The SmartAir is a mobile painting system that, as its name suggests, is ideal for SMART repairs without the use of a conventional spraybooth. Repairs can be painted quickly without the use of vehicle movement or full masking. The unique hood and masking design means that the masking can be easily folded over creating an enclosure. Once activated, the extraction system funnels air into the open aperture of the SmartAir creating airflow into the hood, capturing and dispersing overspray and fumes. The SmartAir allows smaller jobs to be diverted away from the spraybooth, increasing productivity and freeing up the spraybooths for larger and more profitable jobs.

The SmartAir has a 2 stage filtration system, meeting emissions regulations, and is compliant with relevant health and safety directives, making it a safe and productive addition to any bodyshop.
