We are pleased to share that we have recently completed the installation of a bespoke 9 Series external spray booth oven for Oakley Horseboxes, over 20 years since our last project together.
With a heritage dating back to 1947, Oakley Horseboxes has grown into a globally recognised manufacturer of luxury, bespoke horseboxes – combining traditional craftsmanship with modern innovation to set the benchmark for premium vehicle production.
Their existing finishing setup was ready for an upgrade, requiring a modern, high-performance solution capable of matching the quality of the vehicles they produce.
As Oakley continued to evolve its manufacturing capabilities, the need for a new finishing environment became clear.

Junair designed and installed a fully bespoke 9 Series external spray booth oven, measuring an impressive 20m long x 5.5m wide x 5m high.
The booth features a split-operation design, offering flexibility across different stages of the finishing process. Given its external location, the system was engineered to deliver consistent, reliable performance in all weather conditions, without compromising on finish quality.
To further support day-to-day operations, in-booth platform lifts were installed, providing safe and efficient access to large vehicle bodies during preparation and finishing.
